Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply when you download and use the TikLog mobile application ("Application"). By using the Application, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.
1. Service Description
TikLog is an analytics application that offers video trend analysis, hashtag performance evaluation, and content creator statistics. The Application analyzes publicly available data to provide users with statistical information and insights.
2. Terms of Use
2.1. You must be over 13 years of age to use the Application.
2.2. You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
2.3. The following behaviors are prohibited:
- Attempting to reverse engineer, extract source code from, or modify the Application
- Attempting to circumvent the Application's security measures
- Using the Application in a manner that violates the rights of others
- Using the Application with automated tools, bots, or scrapers
- Placing excessive load on the Application's infrastructure
3. Subscription and Payment
3.1. Subscription Plans
TikLog offers the following subscription options:
- Weekly subscription
- Monthly subscription
- Annual subscription
3.2. Payment
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.
- The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- The renewal fee is charged to your account 24 hours before the end of the current period.
3.3. Free Trial
If a free trial period is offered, the unused portion expires when a subscription is purchased.
3.4. Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Apple device: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > TikLog > Cancel Subscription
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to all premium features until the cancellation date.
- No refund is provided upon cancellation; however, Apple's refund policy applies.
3.5. Price Changes
Subscription prices may be changed with prior notice. Price changes take effect after the end of your current subscription period.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1. The TikLog application, its design, logo, interface, and content are the intellectual property of Gokchetech.
4.2. The analytical data and statistics you access through the Application are provided solely for personal informational purposes.
4.3. TikLog is not an application belonging to any third-party platform and has no official partnership or affiliation with any social media platform.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1. The Application is provided "as is" and "as available." No guarantee is given regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data.
5.2. The analytical data provided is for informational purposes only. Gokchetech cannot be held responsible for decisions made based on this data.
5.3. Gokchetech is not liable for damages arising from the following situations:
- Service interruptions or technical failures
- Changes in third-party services
- Data loss or access issues
- User's incorrect or unauthorized use
6. Service Changes
6.1. Gokchetech reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Application's features, content, or functionality with or without prior notice.
6.2. Features offered for free may be made available on a paid basis in the future.
7. Account Termination
Gokchetech reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for users who violate these terms without prior notice.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Turkey.
9. Modification of Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. When significant changes are made, we will notify you through an in-app notification. By continuing to use the Application after changes are published, you are deemed to have accepted the updated terms.
