This Privacy Policy describes the data processing relationship between you ("User") who uses the TikLog mobile application ("Application") and Gokchetech ("Company", "we").

1. Data Collected

1.1. Automatically Collected Data

  • Device identifier (UUID): An anonymous device identifier is generated for the secure operation of the Application.
  • Device model and operating system version: Collected for technical compatibility and troubleshooting purposes.
  • Application version: Used to track updates and provide technical support.

1.2. User-Provided Data

  • Search queries: Your hashtag and content creator searches are transmitted to our server solely for the purpose of delivering search results and are not stored permanently.
  • Favorite videos: Video information added to your favorites is stored only locally on your device.

1.3. Data We Do Not Collect

  • Location information
  • Contact list
  • Photos or media files
  • Camera or microphone access
  • Advertising identifier (IDFA)
  • Personal identification information such as name, email, or phone number

2. Purposes of Data Use

We use the data we collect for the following purposes:

  • To provide Application services and ensure functionality
  • To improve user experience
  • To identify and resolve technical issues
  • To manage your subscription status
  • To manage your notification preferences

3. Third-Party Services

Our Application uses the following third-party services:

3.1. RevenueCat

  • Purpose: Subscription management and in-app purchase processing
  • RevenueCat uses an anonymous user identifier to manage purchases made through the Apple App Store.

  • Authentication credentials (access tokens) are stored encrypted in your device's secure Keychain.
  • Favorite video information is stored only locally on your device and is not sent to our servers.

  • Industry-standard security measures are implemented to protect your data from unauthorized access.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data may only be shared in the following circumstances:

  • Legal obligations (court orders, regulatory requirements)
  • With third-party service providers necessary to deliver Application services (RevenueCat)

6. Children's Privacy

TikLog is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 13 years of age. If you become aware that a child under 13 has provided data, please contact us, and we will promptly delete the relevant data.

8. Data Deletion

When you remove the Application from your device, all local data stored on your device (favorites, cache, authentication credentials) is automatically deleted. To request deletion of your anonymous device record stored on our servers, you can write to us at support@gokchetech.com.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. When significant changes are made, we will notify you through an in-app notification. We recommend that you review the updated policy regularly.
